What inspires you the most?
Strong ass women. Women who have been through hell and still allow their light to shine like its never been dimmed. Who is your hero and why? My dad. He grew up as one of 12 children who worked very long hours from a very young age. He essentially started his own business at 14 and to this day still runs it. He taught me about loyalty, perseverance, and most importantly living in service to others. He taught me if you do what’s right and work hard, success will follow. What is your hometown? Yoga, hang on our tree swings with my family, and shoot clay pigeons. What is your favorite yoga pose? Side plank because it's challenging yet fun and works the core. What has yoga done for you? It's given me balance of my body and mind, created space in my whole life for love, and acceptance of the present moment. What is your charity of choice? I have a few….St. Judes and several veteran and first responder organizations. What is your favorite quote?
