What inspires you the most?
The sky. Probably half the pictures on my phone are of the sky! Day, night, sunset, sunrise, blue, grey (yes you, Ohio), star-filled, cloud-filled...just looking up can be so grounding! Who is your hero & why? My parents. They showed us how to be independent, accepting, humble and to always root for the little guy. What is your hometown? Where do you currently live? Watch my boys play (and my husband coach) sports and spend time outdoors! What is your favorite yoga pose? Half moon What has yoga done for you?
