Class Descriptions
Restorative
Focusing on the breath and posture this class will be a blend of yoga, meditation, and self-care. Open to all experience levels and physical capabilities.
Flow and Yin
Combines the strength of a Vinyasa class and the slow, deep release that is Yin yoga. Students will be gently guided through sun salutations and standing postures. Mindful movement will naturally build heat and strength allowing stress and tension to melt away to prepare for the Yin portion of the class. These longer held poses passively target joints, fascia and connective tissue increasing circulation, mobility and flexibility. Props are provided and encouraged to allow for accessibility and comfort throughout the practice. This non-heated class is designed for all students; regardless of experience level or physical capabilities.
Slow Flow
Slow Flowing yoga allowing time to transition and pause
Flow
Traditional Vinyasa style class with smooth and fluid movement linked to breath as we progress through the poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. We will flow through sun salutations, balancing, standing, and seated poses.
Power
Building heat in postures, holding poses, and challenging the body and mind in a vinyasa flow.
I-Rest
Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of Yogic sleep. This practice allows all systems to replenish. No experience needed.
Yin
Yin Yoga is holding poses for several minutes and stretching the connective tissues around a joint allowing the overlying muscles to be relaxed. This slow class will allow the mind and body to gently reconnect and restore.
