Here is what you need to know:
1) We are hosting both IN STUDIO as well as continuing to hold VIRTUAL classes.
To attend Virtual classes you will need to sign up through MindBody and click the link when emailed to you, or go to your schedule within the MindBody app.
2) Register for all classes on MINDBODY.
~ An email will be sent 30 minutes prior to each virtual class with the link to join. If you sign up closer to the start of class, the email will take a few minutes to get to you.
Please make sure you have an email on file.
3) Virtual classes are billed the same as in studio classes. You're able to sign up with your unlimited membership, class packs, or you can purchase a drop in for that class at $19.
4.) New and existing clients must sign our Covid-19 Waiver. You can find that waiver here, print it, and bring it to class with you. (You will only need to sign this waiver once.)
In Studio Classes
1). You must pre-register on MindBody to attend the class. No walk in's. This is to assure we have space for everyone and stay within the social distancing guidelines. If you can not attend class, please be sure to cancel yourself out of the class to make room for someone else, as space is very limited.
2.) Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early.
3.) Hand sanitizer will be at the door to use upon arrival.
4.) All Props and Mats have been removed from the studio. You will need to bring your own mat as well as any props you might need.
Our schedule is still evolving and we will need to make adjustments to accommodate personal & technical needs. Please check MINDBODY for the most up to date schedule. In addition we will still be offering some free meditations/ classes/ workshops periodically on FaceBook Live, so stay tuned for those.
