First Friday
The Wonder Within is partnering with Main Street Delaware to bring you an inspiring yoga class with Dan. There will be a free 30 minute class outside our studio that will ignite your body, inspire and elevate your perspective to create openings and new possibilities for living your best life!
Even though this is a free event, we ask that everyone register online as space is limited. Don't forget to bring your mat!

The Warrior Within
Join fellow first responders for this awe-inspiring event. Dan will lead you through a mental and physical session, challenging you to sweat, think, and relax. Retired Highway Patrol Lt. Steve Click, who is now with Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services, will share why and how mental resiliency improves/ saves lives. This workshop is FREE and lunch can be purchased at on-site food trucks. Medics qualify for CEU's.
Even though this is a free event, we ask that everyone register online as space is limited. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a mat if you have one, as yoga is involved.

Dan will lead you through Meditation, Yoga Nidra, & 90min Baptiste Power Vinyasa class. Afterwards there will be a lecture where he will share what he has learned after being wounded in combat - lessons that have saved his life and transformed it into something that otherwise would have been inconceivable for him. You will discover for yourself what connection feels like and gain a whole new relationship with your body and mind through this practice. You will leave more courageous and motivated than ever to live life full on.
Please bring a mat & change of clothes. Snacks will be provided, we will break for an 'on your own' lunch period.

Classes taught through the Baptiste methodology are designed to awaken you to your fullest expression physically and mentally. Come dive into this is a physically challenging, flowing practice that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find your authentic personal power in life. Class features power yoga and will be taught in a heated room.
