What inspires you the most?
I am inspired by seeing joy and appreciation in others. Knowing that something I can do or was able to do, helped another and made them happy, is all that I need.

What is your favorite thing to do?
Take long walks. Whether a park, the sidewalks of my neighborhood, or preferably, on a warm beach, it soothes the soul and fills me with peace and joy.

Eka Bhuja Swastikasana I, also lovingly referred to as; Torturasana
What has yoga done for you?
It has shown me that I already have everything I need, physically and mentally. The human body is absolutely amazing and needs nothing more than self care. Whether it's 5 minutes to meditate and get myself centered, or a sweaty challenging yoga practice, I've never felt disappointed I took the time to do it. My heart is full, my body is strong (or getting there at least) and my soul is healing, all because I said yes to taking my first yoga class 9 years ago.
