Jill is a high-energy extrovert who is passionate about people, music and movement.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training 5 years ago through CorePower yoga to realize her dream about sharing this work with others. Additional trainings on anatomy and mobility allow her to add in strength and mobility work to her flows.
Jill works to meet yogis where they are and help them get what they need from class, whether it’s a workout or a work-in, or just a place to start.
Her passion for music shapes the experience of her classes with a fun mix of all genres.
Jill loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and 4 boys.
