What inspires you the most?
Feeling good physically and mentally! That's what we all want so lets get there together. Who is your hero & why? My grandma Ellie. She is 97 and lives life to the fullest. She served as a Marine and aside from her physical and mental strength she supports a huge family in every way. She is the rock to many people and is a true depiction of what a STRONG WOMAN is. Strong, soft, supportive and she will tell you her opinion. No sugar coating! Love her so much that I named my oldest daughter Ellie because I hope she grows to be another STRONG WOMAN in today's world. What is your hometown? Where do you currently live? Hometown and current residency is Westerville, Ohio (about 5 minutes from our Westerville location). I love this City and am proud to live here. What are your trainings/ certifications/ specialties? I have over 30 as the human body, physiology and movement is and will always be what lights me up. In regards to Yoga I have my 200 hour RYT, and specialty certifications in Kids Yoga Bright Yogis, Trauma Sensitive Practices and Prenatal National Exercise Trainers Association and Restorative Yoga Yoga Fit. What is your favorite thing to do? Spend time with my 2 daughters (Ellie 9 and Zoey 6) and my amazing husband, Josh. It's that simple. What is your favorite yoga pose? Child's pose What has yoga done for you? Quieted my mind and provided space. I am type A which leads to anxiety and Yoga has given me a new way to live on my mat and off. It's an incredible reality. What is your charity of choice? The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. My mom passed away Colony Cats & Dogs What is your favorite quote?
