The Soul of Yoga Teacher Collective was created to provide an unparalleled experience and instruction of Yoga that is transformative, creative, and inspiring. Our desire is to create a safe, sacred and nurturing environment that will allow you to flourish as a teacher and student of yoga.
Program Description
Join us for this unique 200hr Yoga Teacher Training designed to deepen your personal practice and illuminate the teacher within. This training will infuse each student with the knowledge and skills to teach yoga to all populations in a dynamic and authentic way. Our intention is to guide and enthusiastically support you on your path as a student and a teacher.
Through this 6 month program you will become well versed in a number of different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Kundalini and Yin Yoga. We will work together in a collaborative environment to discover the natural evolution of Yoga in one another, developing life long connections while utilizing a Socratic method of learning to allow each participant to shine.
The magic happens easily when your heart aligns with your Soul. Whether or not you desire to be a teacher of yoga or a student of life, this yoga training will honor your elevation and launch you into your purpose.

- The tools and natural resources to teach creatively with intelligent sequencing
- Anatomy and physiology of both the physical and emotional bodies
- Designing the essence of a class to create a sensory experience
- Finding the ease, grace and power of your voice as a teacher
- Discovering ways to theme classes authentically through your own truth and the philosophy of yoga
- Understanding foundation and alignment for each posture and for each unique body
- In depth study of breathwork (Pranayama)
- Yoga Nidra and Thai Yoga Massage
- Meditations and Mantras from the masters - integrating meditation into your practice and your teaching
- Understanding and using Sanskrit, the language of yoga, with ease in your teaching
- Learning the power of touch and hands on adjustments
- Using self inquiry in your life to discover your true north and cultivate your true self
